Q) I do not see any prices on the website. How much is a figure?

  A) Please use the contact us page, or email us at info@grinocustoms.com for a quote. Please include any nformation

  on what type of figure you are looking for.

Q) Whats that sticker on the base?

  A) That sticker is a hologram to show Authenticity. Its put on the figure to show that it is a true GrinoCustoms figure.

Q) In our response to your email, you mention something of an upgraded base. What is this about and why should I get it?

  A) See below for pictures of preveous bases for figures. Note in Fig A. this is a base made of wood. It will be painted in one color (the primary color of

  the team) and will not have anything on it. Fig B. will be the upgraded base. It is made of wood, and will be painted accordingly to the

  team the custom is made for. This will include team colors, player name, team logo, player number and any other information may be added on

  per the customer request. This base makes the figure stand out on the shelf with more detail and information about the figure.

Q) Where do I send the payment to? How can I pay?

  A) Please contact your customizer as we both have a different mailing address. We accept either check or PayPal. Look for the PayPal address

  to be on the Contact Us page for easy access to send payment.

Q) How come I am required to make half of the payment up front?

  A) In the past, we have been "left hanging" with a figure. It is now GrinoCustoms standard to receive half of the payment before any work is started.

  Sorry, but this is to save of from wasting time and money.

Q) Does sending the money ahead of time quarentee a faster figure?

  A) Simple answer is no. The way we handle it is through the Contact Us form, word of mouth, or email. Once a project is agreed on, your name is

  added to a waiting list. When the time comes for your figure to be done, we will email you for half of the payment to be sent.

Q) How long is the current wait?

  A) Please look on the home page for the counter located under the GrinoCustoms logo.

Q) Do you offer anything else other then Custom Figures?

  A) Yes. Please visit our store and check out what else we offer. Over time we hope to expand even futher.

Q) If I need a figure by a certain time, can you make a promise to get it done in time?

  A) Making a "promise" would be a bit much. We will however try our best to make you happy. Again, it is up to you to make it work by sending the

  payments on time and making sure you give us all and any information we may need for the figure.

Q) Does GrinoCustoms do bulk orders? How about discounts?

  A) Yes and No. Yes, we do bulk orders for teams or multiple figures. No, we do not do bulk orders of the same player in the same pose. We make

  one of a kind collectibles, not a mass production. Discounts may or may not be given depending on the order.

Q) How come the waiting list is so long?

  A) Its first come first serve, meaning once you request a figure, you are added to the list. It may be long, it may be short. We will give you an estimate

  when you request an order. Please also keep in mind that we do get team orders of 16-20 players at a time for schools and travel teams.
